SQUAT LIKE A PRO

The Keiser Squat has long been our most popular piece in the world of competitive sports. As the athletes training on it have become stronger, faster, and more powerful, we recognized the need to build a machine that could withstand the extreme demands of their increased body mass and explosive power. The result is the Squat Pro—a machine engineered for elite performance.

The Squat Pro retains all the hallmark features of our standard Squat while introducing critical upgrades for heavy-duty use. We have added a movable stop to facilitate easier entry and exit, and significantly “beefed-up” the frame for maximum durability. To ensure stability during explosive movements, we added an extra 200 pounds of weight to the base. For the largest and most powerful athletes, the machine is designed with the option to be bolted directly to the floor, providing an unshakable foundation for ultimate strength training.

KEISER DYNAMIC VARIABLE RESISTANCE

Keiser’s Dynamic Variable Resistance is designed to provide a smooth onsistent Variable Resistance force curve at any training speed. Each achine has its own unique Variable Resistance curve designed and tuned erfectly for the muscles being used in that particular exercise.
